Kathy Andrews

Kathy Andrews is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is an Aquatic Trainer Specialist and Aquatic Exercise Instructor with Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA). Kathy holds other certifications with  ASFA in Cycling American Sports and Fitness Associates and a Special Populations Certification from the Cooper’s Institute in Dallas. Kathy also teaches Kickboxing and lifestyle weight management.  During her 24 years as a trainer, she has offered training in the homes of many clients and has held clinics and workshops for her community on weight loss management as well as “Balance, the Key to Your Success.”
